Every year, SOW hosts a 3 month summer Fellowship program. The program remedies the systemic barriers young creatives of color face while trying to break into the creative industry by creating a paid opportunity that includes training and ongoing coaching for both Fellows and the Mentors and Managers participating in the program.

In 2023, 9 Fellows were placed at 8 industry partner companies and we attempted to capture the magic and the impact of the Fellowship program in a short film documentary.
